Tia is an Authenticity Coach for Parenting & Life. She is a mother of twin daughters, now in college. Tia helps guide parents create deeper connections with their children through coaching, using conscious parenting teachings, explorations, and tools. She believes everyone has the answers within them and through coaching you learn how to better access and trust your inner knowing.

Prior to becoming more conscious in her parenting, she parented from a place of control and fear. She understands and has experienced how parenting from unconscious fear-based patterns can degrade the connection and relationship with children we desire. As she continued to learn more tools, go within, and shift towards actively applying conscious parenting in her family, the relationships with her daughters deepened and continues today with her young adult daughters.

Due to the immense impact uncovering and reconnecting with her authenticity plus implementing Conscious Parenting into her life and with her daughters, she trusted her inner knowing and intuition in the deep desire to help bring this work to other families. She decided to become an Authenticity Coach to support other parents shift from surviving to thriving. She earned her first Coaching Certification in 2016 through the Jai Institute for Parenting and earned a second Certification through Dr. Shefali Tsabary’s Conscious Coaching Institute in 2019 in the First Cohort of coaches certified in the Conscious Parenting Method.

Tia's passion is helping people strengthen relationships, increase connection, and improve communication within their family and life. Tia has a gift for showing up without judgement and guiding with support and compassion. She especially enjoys working with parents of pre-teen and teenagers to help support them through the tumultuous teenage years. She feels adolescents are often misunderstood and need compassionate guidance and acceptance, especially with the extra challenges they face in today’s society. She helps parents learn how to navigate the teenage years with connection, creating mutually respected relationships for life.

Tia is living her passion through her coaching and also teaching about how to reconnect with yourself and your authenticity through online courses and workshop events. She is an active part of the Authenticity and Conscious Parenting/Living movement creating the change she hopes to see in the world today and for generations to come.
