We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, please note that cancellations are subject to the order status and fulfillment stage. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Return Policy:

   c. Refund or Store Credit: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund or issue a store credit, as per your request and our policies. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy:

   b. Exchange Process:

     • Preferred replacement item(s)

   • Exchange Authorization: Once we receive your exchange request, we will review it within 7 days. If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with an exchange authorization number (EMA) and further instructions on how to proceed.

   • Exchange Shipment: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) for exchange unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. The item(s) for exchange must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

   c. Replacement Item(s): Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) for exchange, we will process the replacement and ship it to you as per our policies.
