Shipping Policy
Books will be shipped via media mail, unless the customer specifically requests to have priority mail and agrees to pay the higher shipping cost.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds for the workshops, or the book discussion subscription.Â
There can be a refund on the writing voice 1 hour call or the editing 1 hour call if the cancellation happens 48 hours prior to the call. Rescheduling can also occur up to 24 hours prior.Â
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
For live calls, cancellation of calls can happen 48 hours prior to the call. If the cancellation happens, there is no refund.Â
Rescheduling of the live call is permitted.
