Refunds and Returns Policy

Flowation’s products and services are provided by Intuition Revived, LLC (“Company”), and the below policy applies to the refunds available on our business subscriptions that can be viewed on this page

Most other products, services, etc. available for purchase through the Flowation Marketplace are provided by our business users (‘Vendors’) and you should check the individual return and refund policies stated on each product, service, etc. before purchasing.

The following Returns and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) governs how the Company handles both refunds on our business subscriptions, and returns and refunds on behalf of our vendors for their products, services, etc. sold through our site.

Please read this Policy carefully. By visiting or using this Site you have implicitly agreed that any disputes that arise from your use of this Site are governed by this Policy.

We may have to update this policy in the future when new laws or regulations go into effect, or if the Company adds any new products or services. This page of the website will be modified and the Date of Last Revision will be updated, and all registered users will be notified by email. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Policy as modified.

Flowation subscription refunds:

We provide a 1 month credit-card free trial. And an additional 30 day money back guarantee on all Flowation business subscriptions. 

The terms of receiving a refund under the 30 day money back guarantee are as follows:

  • The vendor must submit their claim within 30 days of the first time they were billed for our services.
  • The vendor must have attempted to create at least 1 product, service or event ticket in their Store Manager within that 30 day period.

Refunds we issue on behalf of our vendors:

We issue refunds on behalf of our vendors in the following conditions:

  • The customer has submitted their refund request within 14 days of purchase.
  • The vendor has approved that refund request within 7 days of receiving the request. The decision whether a refund is justified is left to the vendor.

If both conditions are met Flowation will issue a refund to the customer on the vendor’s behalf within 3-5 business days of receiving the vendor’s approval.

The vendor will provide you with information on how to return any physical products that should be returned.

We will do our best to work with the vendor on your behalf, if you have submitted your original refund request on time.
