Flowation’s products and services are provided by Intuition Revived, LLC (“Company”). We are committed to your privacy and security. 

The following Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs how the Company collects your information both online and offline. While you are using any website(s) (“Site,” “Sites”) owned and operated by our Company, or that you provide to us offline (i.e. at a live event).

Please read this Policy carefully. By visiting or using this Site you have implicitly agreed that any disputes that arise from your use of this Site are governed by this Policy.

We may have to update this policy in the future when new laws or regulations go into effect, or if the Company adds any new products or services. This page of the website will be modified and the Date of Last Revision will be updated, and all registered users will be notified by email. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Privacy Policy as modified.

This Privacy Policy explains how our Company collects information from all end users of our Internet services (the “Services”), including those who have a registered account, with either a free or paid monthly subscription, to promote or sell their own services through our Site (“Members”); those who have a registered account to purchase products or services from Members (“Users”), and those who access our Services without a registered account (“Visitors”).

Whose information we store:

This Site is not intended for children younger than thirteen (13) years old, so we do not intentionally collect any identifying information from children under thirteen, or make any attempts to distribute or utilize such data. We attempt to screen users to avoid this occurrence, and if we become aware that we’ve inadvertently received such information from a child we delete it from our records.

When we store your personal information:

When you register for an account on the Site, or sign-up to receive updates at a live event, we will collect and store your name, email address, and your communication preferences, so that we may only contact you according to your preferences. If you choose to register for a paid User account you will have the option to save your name, mailing address and credit card information for any purchases you make through our Site, and we will collect and store this information. 

We collect and store information that is generated by your browser as you use our Site (i.e. your computer type and connection, how you entered our Site, etc.) and use “cookies” and “web beacons” to collect metrics about our Site usage and to provide you with a more streamlined experience of using our Site. This information is used to help customize Site features, and tailor which offers we send to you by email (i.e. which events we recommend you attend). 

Some third-party advertisers or ad servers that we use to advertise our Site and get visitors may also collect your personal and usage information in a similar fashion to what we described above, for similar purposes (i.e. “cookies,” “web beacons,” etc to track the metrics of their ads & enhance your experience of them). This Site may link to other websites and also allows professional members to link to their own website(s), and the information they store and collect is again governed by their own Privacy Policies, and not this Policy. Please keep in mind that as our Company expands we may merge, acquire, be acquired or sell various revenue streams of our business. If this occurs and any one of our websites is acquired by or sold to another company, we may transfer information about our users as one of the assets included in the merger, acquisition or sale.

Please note that we are not responsible for any third-party use of your personal information if while using our Site you voluntarily post your personal information in a public setting (i.e. in our forums, while contacting a professional Member of the site, etc.). Please share your personal information at your own discretion.

What information we store and how we use it:

When you register as a User or Member on our Site, purchase a service or product through our Site, take a Flowation survey, or attend one of our live events you may be asked for some or all of the following: your name, email address, billing address, mailing address, masked credit card information, telephone number, general demographic information, etc. We will also store information specific to your account including, but not limited to: the date you created your account or updated it, where you signed up from, your login source (this may include your Facebook or Google ID), login history, and if you have completed any Flowation surveys, etc. And we will collect browser-generated information such as your IP address, timestamp, accessing device information, location, timezone, etc.

This information will never be disclosed, traded or licensed or sold to any third party, except for any limited disclosures discussed in the circumstances in the section above “When we store your personal information,” or in the section below “Situations in which we will share your information with an outside organization.”

We May Use Your Personal Information to:

To track metrics such as purchases, sales, Site usage, Flowation surveys, email clicks through rates, etc. so we can improve the way we operate our business (i.e. provide services and products, recommend products or services to you, accounting, administrative and legal tasks, etc.); market and advertise our services (i.e. using email campaigns, advertising through Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.); and communicate with you (i.e. when you’ve opted-in to receive email or event information); and respond to your customer service inquiries (we will use the email address you list in your inquiry to respond to you, but do not use it for any other purpose or share it with any third parties.) 

Who can access your data in our Company:

Our web development, customer service, marketing, executive, events and administrative teams can access your data for limited times when necessary to provide you with the products and services you have registered for, purchased or are requesting a refund for.

We use one or multiple service providers including, but not limited to: payment processors, email campaign providers, survey providers, Wordpress website plugins, advertising and marketing managers & analytics providers, customer support services, and web hosting/developement, etc. providers. We only authorize them to use the information we store about you for purposes of providing the service we have contracted them for and ensure they interact with your information subject to our Data Privacy Agreements or Addenda with these third parties, their respective privacy policies and any GDPR-compliant Data Privacy Agreements or Addenda, as applicable.

Legal requests by the Authorities:

If we are required by law, regulations, legal process or financial audits, or you violate our Terms of Use or other guidelines and policies, we may disclose your information to the appropriate Authority. 

The purpose of storing your information:

We store the information we collect from you while using our Site so that you can have a streamlined user experience of using our Site; we can provide you with a refund if you are entitled to one; so we can track and analyze the traffic to our Site; so we can comply with any legal, tax or accounting requirements we are subject to; and monitor any abuse to our Terms of Service. If you delete your account we keep limited information so we can ensure we do not communicate with you if you’ve stated that preference; and we otherwise will delete your information or anonymize it for analytical purposes.

If you are a registered user you will have the option to login and authenticate your identity using a third-party account you may already have through a single social login button. If you choose to login this way your third-party identity provider account (“Third-Party IdP”) then in accordance with this Policy you are authorizing Flowation to collect, store and use any information you have authorized the Third-Party IdP to provide Flowation with in order to access your account, which may include: your first and last name, gender, location, username, email address, profile picture or phone number. Your Third-party IdP may also require us to share information with them in order to provide this service. This transaction is subject to the Third-party IdP Company’s privacy policy.

Companies we are Affiliates for:

Affiliates may collect and store your information in either of these circumstances: If you click on a link for a company Flowation is an Affiliate for and sign up or buy something through that link the organization that provided us with that affiliate link, or if you click on a link one of our Affiliate’s provided to purchase products or services on the Flowation website. In both situations, the third-party’s privacy policy will apply along with this Policy, and you should check their website as well.


Purchases made on Flowation Site(s) and through our professional members’ websites:

If you make a purchase of a Flowation product or service on our Site we use drop-shipping service providers and will use and share your personal information you provide to process that order, and for no other reason.

If you click on a professional members’ or website through their profile, or any of the advertising or affiliate links on our Site, and make a purchase for yourself or a gift recipient through those links, our Company has no control over how they handle your information. Please check their privacy policy and make purchases using your own discretion.  

Cookies and Tracking Tools:


We use cookies to streamline your user website experience in the following ways: remember your country and language preferences, automatically login to our Site, customize ads that you see on our site, recommend our products and services that are tailored to interests you have expressed, and to help us analyze our Site traffic and audience using the Site.


We use web beacons and tracker gifs on our Site, in third-party advertising online, and in emails, we send to you. These are meant to collect non-personal data for metrics we use to better customize our Site to meet our audiences’ needs. They may collect the following information: the device, operating system, browser and Internet service provider you are using to access our Site; how you were led to our Site, date and time of visit, how long you used the Site for, and which pages you visited. This data is collected from the aggregate of all of our site visits and analyzed as a whole when used in our marketing and advertising efforts.

Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other Advertiser Disclosures:


We may advertise on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms and in that process collect information from one of their users. By clicking through our ads you consent to our collecting your information. The information you submit is subject to being used, and protected, as described above in this Policy as well. 

We comply with these advertising platform’s data use restrictions by compiling this data on an aggregate and anonymous basis to analyze our ads’ performance, but we do not transfer this data to any data brokers, or advertising or monetization services; or use it to identify individual users or modify any user profiles. 

We do use Google Analytics Advertiser Features to interact with individuals based on their Site usage. These features use first and third-party cookies to collect data about your activities on our Site. This data allows us to customize each user’s advertising experience on our site, as well as to contact those who have abandoned check-out procedures instead of purchasing our products and services. Data Security and GDPR:

We are committed to protecting your private information and have implemented security measures both on our Site(s) and with our contractors and employees. Everyone that may interact with your information or any anonymized data we collect, will do so for limited periods of time and has been trained to comply with this Policy and to maintain confidentiality at all times. We take serious efforts to protect this information, and if we discover a security breach has occurred we will make our best efforts to notify everyone who has interacted with our Site and will send out an email notification within two business days of discovering any breach.

We also encourage that you use your own discretion at all times when choosing what to share online.

The GDPR took effect on May 25, 2018 with the intent of protecting citizens of the European Union (EU).
