We collect and store information that is generated by your browser as you use our Site (i.e. your computer type and connection, how you entered our Site, etc.) and use “cookies” and “web beacons” to collect metrics about our Site usage and to provide you with a more streamlined experience of using our Site. This information will never be disclosed, traded or licensed or sold to any third party, except for any limited disclosures discussed in the circumstances in the section above “When we store your personal information,” or in the section below “Situations in which we will share your information with an outside organization.”
To track metrics such as purchases, sales, Site usage, Flowation surveys, email clicks through rates, etc. so we can improve the way we operate our business (i.e. provide services and products, recommend products or services to you, accounting, administrative and legal tasks, etc.); market and advertise our services (i.e. using email campaigns, advertising through Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.); and communicate with you (i.e. when you’ve opted-in to receive email or event information); and respond to your customer service inquiries (we will use the email address you list in your inquiry to respond to you, but do not use it for any other purpose or share it with any third parties.)

If we are required by law, regulations, legal process or financial audits, or you violate our Terms of Use or other guidelines and policies, we may disclose your information to the appropriate Authority.
The purpose of storing your information:
We store the information we collect from you while using our Site so that you can have a streamlined user experience of using our Site; we can provide you with a refund if you are entitled to one; so we can track and analyze the traffic to our Site; so we can comply with any legal, tax or accounting requirements we are subject to; and monitor any abuse to our Terms of Service. If you choose to login this way your third-party identity provider account (“Third-Party IdP”) then in accordance with this Policy you are authorizing Flowation to collect, store and use any information you have authorized the Third-Party IdP to provide Flowation with in order to access your account, which may include: your first and last name, gender, location, username, email address, profile picture or phone number. Your Third-party IdP may also require us to share information with them in order to provide this service. This transaction is subject to the Third-party IdP Company’s privacy policy.
Affiliates may collect and store your information in either of these circumstances: If you click on a link for a company Flowation is an Affiliate for and sign up or buy something through that link the organization that provided us with that affiliate link, or if you click on a link one of our Affiliate’s provided to purchase products or services on the Flowation website. In both situations, the third-party’s privacy policy will apply along with this Policy, and you should check their website as well.
If you make a purchase of a Flowation product or service on our Site we use drop-shipping service providers and will use and share your personal information you provide to process that order, and for no other reason.
If you click on a professional members’ or website through their profile, or any of the advertising or affiliate links on our Site, and make a purchase for yourself or a gift recipient through those links, our Company has no control over how they handle your information. We may advertise on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms and in that process collect information from one of their users. We comply with these advertising platform’s data use restrictions by compiling this data on an aggregate and anonymous basis to analyze our ads’ performance, but we do not transfer this data to any data brokers, or advertising or monetization services; or use it to identify individual users or modify any user profiles.
We do use Google Analytics Advertiser Features to interact with individuals based on their Site usage. These features use first and third-party cookies to collect data about your activities on our Site. This data allows us to customize each user’s advertising experience on our site, as well as to contact those who have abandoned check-out procedures instead of purchasing our products and services.
